Champions aren’t made in the gyms.

Champions are made from something they have deep inside them.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, the aspiring participants and my dear friends, lend me your ears. I am both honored and flattered to host this wonderful occasion in the very first week of March. Athletics is all about dealing with success and failure. It helps us learn about coping with pressure and the need to stick with training to improve. Athletics play a very important role in student’s life. This day is an excellent way to bring students together in a relaxed environment that will build lasting networks and friendship across the college. I believe that catching the sports bug simply helps you come with better life. It encourages you to value yourself and your body. It equips you for learning and improves your ability to think and create. In the true spirit of sports and competition, love and faith, I can assure you all whether you win or you loose today; you would remember these very moments throughout your life. Consider for a moment what actually we achieve from athletics: the sheer fun of competing, the building of healthy and alert mind and body stamina, courage, perseverance, dedication, commitment, selflessness and most importantly the will to win, the will to excel. Some new stars shall be born today and some from the past shall amaze us again. Today some of us shall celebrate while some of us would cry. One of the greatest lesson I have learned in athletics is that you have got to discipline of you life. No matter how good you may be, you have got to be willing to cut out of your life all those things that keep you from going to the top. I hope this athletic meet bring you joy, hope and pride. Dear athletes please compete in the true spirit of athletic values i.e. excellence, friendship and respect. With these very words I like to invite Director Sir to deliver his welcome speech.”

Dialogue 14:

A brief candle; both ends burning
An endless mile; a bus wheel turning
A friend to share the lonesome times
A handshake and a sip of wine
So say it loud and let it ring
We are all a part of everything
The future, present and the past
Fly on proud bird
You’re free at last.

6. Torch: Outstanding athlete of the college will bring the torch in track (12)

Dialogue 15:

This little guiding light of mine
I`m gonna let it shine

Take my little light round the world
I`m gonna let it shine

Hide it under a bushel, no
I`m gonna let it shine

Don`t you blow my little light out
I`m gonna let it shine

let it shine
Let it shine, all the time, let it shine
